My grandma's cousin's uncle's father's nephew's brother's sister's dog's first cousin's owner had a tumor and died because of the poor medical care because obviously all doctors become braindead under universal healthcare!

And, uh, well, last year I need a quadruple bypass, but the quota was up for the year and I died!
