You can try Kijiji.com (only local users will see your ad) or craigslist.

Your goal is to find someone starting out in freelance marketing communiations writing who needs clips (samples of work) for their resume or portfolio. You may have luck with a college student majoring in marketing/advertisng or journalism, too.

Those people are really about the only ones who'll do it for free.

Also, keep in mind you get what you pay for. If you want dependable results, hire someone who's done it before.

For my PR needs I go with http://submitinme.com/press-release-dist... . They usually write the press release and also get them distributed into PR sites for a small charge. This distribution is also driving more traffic to my website.
