Where can I find spot steel prices on the internet?

I would like to buy stock in a steel company, such as US Steel (X) or Nucor (NUE), but first, I'd like to have access to spot steel prices and possibly, future forecasts and reports. The NYMEX has spot prices for oil, gasoline, natural gas, heating oil, copper, gold and silver, but not steel. Does anyone know a website where I can find this?

  1. Google "spot metal prices"

  2. look to the steel-related trade associations.   check out the web sites of the exhcanges where steel futures and other steel derivatives are traded.  like nymex maybe.

to pay, you can subscribe to services like Platt's, or Bloomberg, which has everything, but is PRICEY.  all kinds of resources out there.
