Where can I find stock charts with a "ernings line" or a "earnings multiple line" plotted over the price?

I am looking for free charts ideally, but I would pay a reasonable price (< $20 a month). I am aware of Value line and others but they are too expensive. Also, I am aware that chartbooks are available at brokerages and some libraries which might have a earnings line plot, but I haven't looked into them yet. How current are they?
