RA is a really great place famous for their Viva Las Vegas rolls.  I think it's actually a chain because they have it in Arizona too.

I've been to tons of Sushi places in Chicago. The best two I have been too were Sushi Wabi (www.sushiwabi.com) and Coast (www.coastsushibar.com). Coast gets the upper hand because it is BYOB, so you can bring a bottle of wine with you. Their appetizers are also great, especially the scallops. Sushi Wabi is excellent as well. Both have good ambience, great service, and great offerings.
