My grandmothers crucifix fell and I would like to repair it, but one of the nails that holds the figure onto the wooden cross is lost - and its a tiny - tiny - nail.

Where could I find something that small?

  1. Look around for a picture hanging kit.  They usually come with a number of smaller - sized nails.

  2. If there's a Hobby Lobby or Michael's in your area, they should have something like this.

  3. try checking at your local craft or hardware stores.

  4. Go to a hobby shop and ask for the teeny weenie nails that are used to nail down ho scale train track.

  5. It's called a "brad" most hardware stores and hobby shops have them. You may have to hold it with a needle nose pliers to hit it so you don't mash a finger.

    Good luck
