Where can I find teriyaki meat patties in LA/OC?

Apparently, the only good place to get them is in Hawaii or Utah (but even then it's sketch). I suspect there has to be some sort of Samoan or Islander district within a city that would have these. They're raw and marinated in teriyaki sauce and according to my friend, "they're da bizness". Thanks!
