  1. Here's the link to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development website, where you can find laws for renters.  There's a link in the middle of the page that says "Local Renting Information".  Click on it and you'll find Ohio.

    http://www.hud.gov/renting/index.cfm

  2. www.ohiolandlordtenant.com is one of the best resources out there for it. The statute is ORC 5321, and a search of that will bring it right up. Still, here's the full statute:

    http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/5321

Definitely check out ohiolandlordtenant.com if you have any questions though. Great site.

  3. They are part of the Ohio Revised Statutes.  Every lawyer has the books in her office.  You can get the landlord rules at the nearest library.  Bookstores sell them, too.   You might not find them online. /

  4. Try these links, they may be helpful to you.

    http://www.cohhio.org/pdf/Know_Your_Tena...

    http://www.hapcap.org/documents/LANDLORD...

    http://www.ohiolandlordtenant.com/

If those don't help you just Google "Ohio Tenant/Landlord Laws.
