There's information on the various different areas in the museum (and photos) in their brochure, but not a floor plan. http://www.mdbr.it/cosa/brochure.pdf and more on the rest of the website: http://www.mdbr.it/index.asp. There are a few photos of the building under construction and some information on the power plant for the building.
