Where can I find the TRUE tax plans for both Obama & McCain?

I would also like some feedback on these plans. I have found that sometimes there is more than meets the eye. If there are more details I would like to know if I can find it explained as to why these plans or good or not good for certain people or the country as a whole.

Nowhere.  Campaign rhetoric is quite a different thing from real plans.  If details about their rhetoric influences you at all, I suppose that you might check out their websites.  Good luck though.  I think that candidates are finding that they have to give fewer and fewer details in order to influence voters.
