Where can I find the Terms of Use for Yahoo!Groups?

Question

As an Adult Group owner, I frequently come across groups that are nothing more than gateways for p**n paysites and abandoned groups that are loaded with spam.

So, I guess there are really two things I want to know:

1. Do those things constitute a violation of the TOU?

2. Does Yahoo actually respond to complaints?

Go to the very bottom of the page.

It says "Terms of Servie" in small light gray letters. There are also some other helpful links down there.

I would say that those groups constitute a violation, but I'm not sure if they actually respond to complaints. I've heard they don't, but it's still worth a shot.
