Your not going to find a forum dedicated to your subject matter.  I will give you a link to the national newspaper here that offers and on line version in English. http://www.panamaexpertos.com/ at the bottom of the page is the link.  It&#039;s called the La Prensa.  There are various yahoo group dedicate to the subject of Panama wheather it is the suject of law, retiring, gardening, general living in Panama etc.  They are all individual with strong political options and more than will to share those thougths with anyone who will listen.
