Where can I find the best breakfasts in Sydney?

Question

Are any restaurants/cafes famous for their breakfasts? If they don't serve breakfast ALL DAY then it doesn't count - I'm a late riser :)

Pancake House at the Rocks. They serve Pancakes ALL day, and they are so yummy...but soooo filling.

Also you must go to Pancakes At The Rocks, they have the best pancakes and they do other dishes too.

Cafe Bondi in Hall Street is amazing and very reasonable.  If you can't get in there because of a wait, Skinny Dip over the road is 2nd best!
