try cruisecompete.com  The cruise industry set it up so all travel agents and on-line webistes must sell the cruises at the same price.  However, they do have some wiggle room as far as giving incentives instead such as free onboard credit, upgrades, free shore trips, insurace etc.  At cruise compete, you list the date and ship you want to go on and travel agents compete for your business.

I love cruisebrothers.com.  I have cruised four times and I always get a great deal from them, and I always shop around.  I found out about them in Frommer's budget travel magazine- they also highly recommend them.

I would check around on websites, but call a travel agent, they always beat travelocity, orbitz, and others.  You can contact my travel agent at [e-mail], she seems to have the best prices. I constantly look, but I always go back with her

Go through a ood travel agent. There's a lot that goes into choosing the right cruise for you. I take my clients likes and dislikes and try to find the best destination for them.
