Which adoption agency is the most reliable and the cheapest for adopting children from China? Is there a group or any one who can give me advice on how to go about the adoption process?

I have used three different agencies to adopt my three daughters from China.  The one that did by far the best job for the lowest fees was China Adoption With Love, in Brookline, Massachusetts.
