    There are two kinds of immigration lawyers.  The pros belong to AILA.  The other kind are the ones who figure "hey how hard can it be?" and "do a little immigration on the side".  These ones tend to be cheap.  A lot of the AILA attorney's work consists of cleaning up the mess after the cheap immigration attorneys who do a little immigration on the side frack everything up and the client gets a deportation order.
