I am looking for plans that are open use plans that show how to convert from combustion engine to electric, can be fully electric or electric combined with generator etc. Any one

There are some good plans and references on electric car conversions here:

"Jerry's Electric Car Conversion" and the book "Build Your Own Electric Vehicle" are (I think) quite good.

There are also some plans for solar electric scooter and bicycle conversions on the same page.
