Where can I find the blueprints or "how to build" kit for wooden canoes or kayaks?

I would love to build one, but need all the info and wood types and bolt types and finish types. Preferably a website but anything would be great.

Pick up a copy of "Wooden Boat" magazine. Aside from the articles (which are always good) many kit and plan vendors advertise in it.
