Well the cheapest would be no cost.  You could try to quit.  In addition to saving money (esp. in this economy), you'd no longer be dependent on tobacco, you'd be a positive non-smoking role-model for others, become healthier and more energetic, and prevent second-hand smoke exposure to families and loved ones.

If you are a University of Kentucky employee, retiree, spouse, or sponsored dependent the is a free smoking cessation program called "Start to STOP Smoking".  It is part of UK's BeH.I.P (Behavioral Health Improvement Plan).
