Use campusi.com.  It searches multiple online bookstores and shows you the cheapest price available.  You save so much money that way!

abebooks. com, you can get textbooks for like $1. It totally helped me out in college.

Like someone above me said, abebooks.com have some great deals on textbooks. You can get previous editions for $1, which is great if your professor wants older editions.

Some colleges have sites where the students can post classified ads, teacher ratings, and the like. You can look on that site--if your school has one--and see what books are being sold by students. You can get an awesome deal on books that way!
