if from US - Malaysian air

its long flight, stop over at India and Kuala Lumpur

from Europe - Thai Airways and Cathey

and from UK i found singapore the cheapest

Well... I've just booked myself some flights from NZ to Europe. The cheapeset was Thai Airways.
