Where can I find the cheapest moped scooters? Where can I find the highest MPG moped scooters?

Question

Driving a moped scooter will be my short term transportation, mostly only to work until I can get enough from work to get a car. With that being said in mind, I don't wanna invist a whole lot in a moped scooter. I already know moped scooters are alot cheaper than used cars and have that in consideration. But not good enough. I want the cheapest one or atleast one thats pretty cheap. I wanna spend the very cheapest possible. However since I will be using it for work everyday, the highest MPG scooter will also something i consider VS the cheapest price as the highest MPG could pay back in the long run, you know. I also know some moped scooters can get 100 MPG. I want higher than 100 MPG. I'm not trying to be unrealistic. Just primarly looking for a super deal or atleast in the end, the best deal. So which are the cheapest moped scooters is my first question. And second question is which moped scooters have the highest MPG. Also I will not be using it on the highway. Speed not important

For items like these, Ebay is actually a good place for a deal. Try finding one that has a low starting bid, and just wait until the last second to bid. People watch them like hawks on there though, so keep your eye on the price. ^^ Hope this helps you find a basic place to look.
