Where can I find the current and past GDP's of the USA and other countries?

Preferably a website that discusses the Nominal and Real GDP's and the factors involved in calculating these numbers. Any details on various organizations or government agencies which make these official and unofficial proclamations would be extremely helpful.

Growth rates by percentage and actual dollar amounts.

Thanks to all in advance, not just the "best answer" as I'm sure there will be many helpful and informative answers.
