Where can I find the financial reports of all the NYSE listed companies from 10 years back?

I can't seem to find reports older than 7-8 years on the companies respective websites...

  1. you can easily and for free find this on www.sec.gov, first select the company, then look for their 10K filings, which are typically filed within 3 months of the fiscal year end.


  2. industry professionals have access to this information... you can still FIND the information.. but it is expensive.

    also.. past performance is not indicative of future results... a companies position 10 years ago is completly irrelavent to current operations.. al finacial reports will include outstaning debt aggrements. which may have been financed 3+ years ago

  3. just go to www.sec.gov website and click on the search for company filings. Use the company's ticker or name to search for all the filings. For  annual filings look with 10-k as the filter word.
