Where can I find the map of Ghana showing its area of cocoa, oil palm and mineral resources?

I need the map of Ghana showing its two main crops (cocoa and palm) and its mineral resources, which are: gold, diamond, bauxite and manganese. Please type in the link with your answer! I am searching it on www.oup.com/uk/geog.world but I can't find it there!
