Where can I find the nail hook-up in Phoenix,AZ?

I am from Chicago and I can't find one nail salon in Chandler that does nails the way I like it. I like designs, colors, rhinestones,etc. All they know out here is French tips. Basically, I'm looking for the hood nail salon. For my people who can relate, where can I find this nail salon?
