Where can I find the names of starving children in africa?

Is there any site with a list of names of starving children in africa? Like sites that take sponsorships for these children, with a list of the ones who still need a sponsor?

My church is building a 29,000 link paper chain - for every 25 cents people donate towards ending hunger, we take off one link till it's gone. We want to put a child's name on each link, and I can't find anything.
