Timeshares do not have property value.  In fact the resale market is so bad that several owners would just give them away.  The best way to find out how much your timeshare is selling for (if it is selling at all), is to just take a look at the market and compare,  be very careful of companies that appraise you timeshare very high and then charge you money upfront to sell it.
