Where can I find the reason about passport delay from jaipur passport office?

I am abroad and I want bring my family, so my wife apply her and my son's fresh passport in jaipur 24-April-07, before 1 month she got the passport of my son but till didn’t get her passport, Aim constantly checking the status on line, before 1 month status show "THE NAME GIVEN IN YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM IS DIFFERENT FROM YOU SCHOOL CERTIFICATE/ BIRTH CERTIFICATE/ AFFIDAVIT/ OLD PASSPORT. PLEASE CLARITY AND IN CASE OF CHANGE/ ADDITION/ DELETION IN NAME ,FURNISH NEWS PAPER CUTTINGS FROM 2 REPUTED NEWSPAPERS" and after that clarify since month status show " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time" I try to reach through e-mail, but no reply I try phone but still busy, I am unable to go there because I am abroad and my parents didn’t get the permission to my wife she go there alone! I seek this situation I can't understand what they give online facility?

  1. Sorry buddy nobody can help in this situation if you have somebody in jaipur(friends , relatives) ask them to go and meet the officials in person , it might help , emailing them will not help ,

    Before that check the data you have provided for ur wife is right(the name)

    If i come to know any direct contact no of jaipur officials let u know
