Sorry .. I know the picture is horrible. The bed frame kind of looks like a mattress with buttons.

you can have one made for you at an upholstery shop, you just ask them for a tuft head board for the bed, give them the size ,choose a fabric or leather and you are done!

Or better yet ,you could make your own for even less money,
