Where can I find this dryer plug-in?

That's a picture of what the plug-in looks like, and I need to find where I can either buy an adapter or the cord and the plug-in.

That's a 240V 30 amp 4 conductor outlet plug+cord available at hardware or big box(HD/Lowes) store
