probaby khol's or american eagle or something. and for ur hair sraitghen it at the top and curl it a little with a brush at the ends.

looks like your average oversized sweater. I'm sure you could find something similair at like american eagle, Kohls, target, walmart, forever 21 etc. As for the the hair, it looks like she did a big side part with side bangs. then she probably did loose/messy braids/pig tails. Looks like she straightened her hair then curled the ends a little bit. I wish I knew where the Jonas Brothers get thier funky sun glasses like the white ones nick is wearing in the pic! He is sooo hawt!!!
