Where can I find those Go Karts that sit real low to the ground and have tiny wheels?

If you know what I'm talking about then you got the picture right away. Its the ones that sit really low to the ground and they have very small wheels. It DOESN'T have roll bars like your average Go Kart. If you've seen the movie Catch That Kid...then its the one's in that movie...If someone could point out a site or someplace that sells these that would be awesome....Site link gets best answer!
