  1. Thank you for clarifying your question. Whether it's profitable or not, depends on how good a salesman you are. Maybe you could figure out a way to get lots of people to listen, even if you yourself are not an expert. Perhaps by interviewing real experts or inviting regular people to send in their reviews. Then you might be able to convince an advertiser that lots of reviewers will see their ads.

    For fun, just pick your favorite medium and go to it. You'll have to pay for your own products though. To reach a point where people would sponsor your reviews or at least give you free products to review, you'll have to put it aside and go about getting a career in whatever you're reviewing. For movies, go to film school and then make some films. For video games, enter a lot of competitions and climb through the ranks.

    For tips, just read, watch and listen to lots of reviews. Take notes. Watch for patterns and formulas in the structure of the review. Try to pick out the different sections, and the tools they use to keep the review moving. Everyone will have a system. Then make your own system, but make it better.
