Where can I find unbiased official information on the pre and post war educational system in Iraq? Statist..?

statistics as well as an overview of the general "form" Iraq's ed system.... from as far back as possible thru Sadaam and current info on Higher and primary education.....I'm doing a report on on the Impact of Wars and Upheaval (not just Gulf wars) and the Iraqi Educational system....

at this juncture, u wont and cant get any stats online.  iraq is not that advance yet.  there r several unicef reports on this some yrs back.  try googling it.
