Where can I find unique "out there" dresses?

Okay. So I'm looking for someplace (store or website) that sells out of the ordinary dresses. Something that is "out there", bold, wild...

Like I was talking to my friends and I thought it would be awesome to have a glow in the dark dress...so ya...something crazy...

like...one time this girl wore a dress that looked exactly like belle's (from beauty and the beast) yellow ball gown except cropped shorter above the knee and had a hoop wire underneath to make it puffy...

So something that says WOW or BAM...
