Question:

Where can I find useful information to help a beginner snowboarder?

I started snowboarding with some friends late last year and was just starting to get the hang of it when the season ended. I am interested in buying my own board and bindings before this season and also want to familiarize myself with general information and terminology. Can anyone recommend a site where I can find practical information for a beginner level snowboarder?

  1. Usually if you go to a local store that sells boards they might be able to help you. But if its a store thats not near the mountain, it most likely will suck with some of the things because they know diddly squat about things. Like i was at this one Sport Chalet and this guy was telling this couple all this poo about the mountain i worked at which wasnt true. But you can usually find buyers guilds places
