  1. Trader Joes and Whole Foods have them, go to http://www.veganwolf.com/ready_made_vega...

and print out the list, take it to the grocery store with you, you will be suprised at how mant are vegan options.

  2. I have never had trouble finding vegan bread at a regular ol' grocery store- most of it is. Sour doughs usually aren't, and whole wheat versions tend to have honey, but bread is usually vegan.

  3. Surprisingly, most breads are vegan. Just check the ingredients because some do contain whey and milk. I don't really buy bread that often because I have a bread machine. It makes the bread for you and all you have to do is add the ingredients to the bread pan, put the pan in the machine, click start and it will be done in a few hours. It is definitely worth it to buy one.

Here is a site with vegan bread: http://www.naturalovens.com/

  4. I eat a rye bread from the supermarket.  I forget which brand it is but it is vegan.  There is no eggs or dairy in it.  You have to read your labels and check in your local health food store too.

  5. You'll probably have good luck at a health food store.  Try one of the larger ones.
