I would like to find a good website that contains health info and recipes in regards to a vegetarian diet. I have been eating very little meat recently and may stop eating meat completely. Thinking about cutting out dairy products from my diet as well. I am very active and am concerned that I may not get enough nutrients from a vegetarian diet. I have used google to look up some websites already, but I find that they are poorly layed out and don't have all of the info I am looking for. So I am looking for recommendations of websites that other people have found helpful in regards to this topic. Thanks in advance!
