Where can I find washing soda in Toronto ?

I don't know what it looks like and can't find it anywhere...

You can try a local health food store.  Do you mean baking soda?  You can buy baking soda in any grocery store and you can use that to clean things like sinks, ovens, counters etc.  You can make a paste with it (add water) and put it on what you want to and wipe it clean, or you sprinkle it on and use a wet sponge and wipe things clean.
