I was on my laptop and I hit the armrest of the couch. The memory stick (Lexar) pushed upward and snapped. The metal thing is still intact, but my computer won't read it. I'm writing a book too so there is A LOT of stuff that I need on there. I didn't save it to computer or anything, so if I don't get this fixed I'm a gonner!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

  1. Take it to your nearest pc shop or something, i think if they cant help you you are gonna probably going to be a gonner!

  2. Take it to any Future Shop, or electronic places.

  3. I had a lexar stick that had some good pictures on it, and it would not read.  I slapped it onto a table top and it came back, and I was able to remove the pictures.

try that as a last ditch effort?
