Where can I get 1/2 price food in Oakland?

I go to school in Oakland in Pittsburgh PA. I know someone can tell me where I can get half price food at night.

well fridays in the waterfront has half priced appetizers. I forget the time they start that, but you have to sit up at the bar area, not necessarily at the bar, but in the raised area.  My boyfriend and I always go there after a movie.
