i seriously sympathize with you. i have to buy a 37 inseam in all of my pants and honestly you are not going to find them cheap any where. i buy most of my pant from alloy.com they are really reliable and there jeans cost around $45 or there is a store called vanity which also has long inseams. but don't go to buckle it is a rip off. good luck i know it is really frustrating.
