  1. The Art of Shaving is indeed a good spot.  I have been and it is an experience.

    There are also some great old time barbershops scattered about manhattan that will do a great old-school straight edge shave.

  3. There is a new-ish place on Madison Avenue & 45th called The Art of Shaving and that might be a good place to try.
