Where can I get A3 scrapbook refills?

I've tried ebay and looking in shops like paperchase & whsmiths i've done a quick internet search as well but no luck as 8"x8" keeps comming or 12"x12".

is it even possible that the 12"x12" is the A3 size?

There's a chart on this page showing the width and height of all ISO A and B paper formats, as well as the ISO C envelope formats. The dimensions are in millimeters:

According to that, A3 is 297 × 420 mm.  In inches, that would be 11.6929134 inches x 16.5354331 inches.
