Where can I get Ballistic Foam?

Question

Not products using Ballastic Foam, but the actual foam prior to being used on an item and hardening? I hear the stuffs bulletproof, and that they use it on aircraft for the wings, so I know just by that alone that it has got to be some incredibly strong stuff.
