  1. Probably one of the most authentic places to find Bengali food is on Brick Lane in East London. Nearest underground stations: Aldgate East or Liverpool street. The whole street is mainly restaurants so there's a wealth of choice.

    There's such a big bengali community there that some of the street signs are in bengali as well as English.


  2. I agree with saurasmile. Brick lane is great to wander along at the weekend and you're sure to find what you're looking for. And with such stiff competition the food is great. Also, you could go to Brixton.
