Where can I get McCulloch Chainsaw & Lawnmower User Guides??

Firstly - Self-styled Comedians - please go & "entertain" someone else.... I haven't time to laugh at your "jokes"..... Thank you.

Now to business.....

I am in the UK and I have a McCulloch 3540P mower and a MAC438 chainsaw - both bought second hand.

I know they both need servicing, I also need a couple of spares for the mower.

My most immediate need is the User guides / manuals. But finding a copy is like looking for rocking-horse poo

They make decent tools, but the McCulloch website is RUBBISH!!

I have tried Google searches & Ask searches..... No Joy!!

HEEEEELLLLPPPP!?!?!?!

Try going on line and type in   user manuals     you should get something here.

MTD Products now makes/sells McCulloch equipment.  There is a "Manuals" section on the MTDCanada.com website that allows you to download manuals.   You simply need to enter a model and serial number.  If that doesn't work, try calling MTD direclty.  I have always found them helpful.

People who tell you to bugger off before you've had a chance to answer can't expect a whole lot. However I will tell you that McCulloch went bankrupt several years ago and wasn't produced for a while until another took over and revived them. Finding manuals for old models is therefore next to impossible. Even finding parts can be extremely difficult to impossible on some models as the new company doesn't support them. The same thing happened to Troy Bilt and their older models have the same problem. Good luck.
