Where can I get a FREE online phone number with local area code?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could please tell me where I can get a COMPLETELY free phone number with a local area code??

I have been on the waiting list at GrandCentral.com for a long time now, they are out (Plus they are no longer letting people send out invites, so who knows how long for them).

Other sites offer a free TRAIL period. Anyone know of one that is completely free?
