I don't think this is possible. If you want to be contacted if there is something wrong with your account, it needs to be a real number. The carrier however has to give you a chance to check the box indicating you don't want ads and stuff sent to your phone number. Make sure you ask where you need to put an X or check in the application to make sure they don't use the number for spam or promotional calls.
